Surprisingly, this is one of my favourite months of the year.
Now, if you guys really know me you know that I hate everything there is about winter. So, why would November be one of my favourite months of the year? The weather? GOD no, I hate the weather. The fact that the days are getting super short. HELL NO!!!! I love Mr. Sun. The fact that super cold days are ahead? I’m shaking my head right now and feeling super depressed about that. So why then, why would November be one of my favourite months? Two words: Remembrance Day.
That’s it. This month we celebrate and remember the brave men and women that serve to protect our freedoms from some really bad people that want nothing better than to take it away. And with all of this this month I am going to dive into the other thing that gives us life:
Next week we will talk about:
• The lung veggie, the following week,
• Breathing & Exercise: The Link, then
• Coronavirus: Lest We Forget, and in the final week of the month
• The Nightmare is OVER!!!
So, stop a veteran, buy a poppy, wear it with pride and say thank you to a veteran for their service. Because without them this would definitely be a different place with no freedom of any kind. And to all my veteran friends out there. I salute you. Thank you for your service and your sacrifice. I definitely have no idea what you have sacrificed for my freedom to be here.
