Vio Fitness was founded in 2010 by John Katsavos to make a difference for all kinds of individuals to achieve optimal health, fitness, lifestyle, and performance goals.
We have created multiple different types of programs in the past from one-on-one training, to in house, to bootcamps, to lifestyle coaching, and a whole lot more. A lot of these programs has helped us form a way of training that enables us to find out what your body will allow us to do to accomplish your fitness goals in a unique way where no one else can copy and let’s us move away from pre-packaged plans and workout regiments.
Instead, we take the time to listen and find out exactly what you would like to accomplish. We then look at your body and see as to what is acceptable. Then we build a plan around those goals to give you the most effective exercise experience possible. Making the programs we prescribe more holistic and really gives you the “Personal” feel that your program is tailored to you and ONLY YOU.
We plan on doing this via online virtual support by giving our clients workout programs specific to their goals, living schedules according to their current lifestyle, and experimenting with different types of nutritional programs.
