Isolated But Not Conquered
I know the last couple of months have been hard on all of us with the not being able to go and see the people that we love, whether it be our parents, siblings, friends, and other family and people who are close to us.
Do not worry these days are almost over. The best part about this is that it can, if looked properly and under the proper view point, be a time of reflexion and reassessment so this is why I have taken the time to take Vio Fitness to a new and exciting territory. That new territory is the great huge expanse of the internet.
I know, you may be thinking that: “Vio Fitness is already on the internet!” Yes, but I am only offering virtual Health Counseling and throughout the course of this month you will all see what I mean. With that, let’s get back to the topic of the month, the thing that everyone has been talking about for the last couple of months, the thing that has locked us in our homes with no end site: Covid -19
This nasty virus has completely crippled everything that we held near and dear to us, and I am hoping that you all saw the things that you all neglected in your lives and started to rectify that neglect. I know I did. This website was one of them, my family (to an extent) was another, and a few other aspects of my life as well. Over the next few weeks I am going to discuss some tactics that you can implement to right now so that you can kill off the boredom that may have kicked in with a series of CoVid-19 specials.
They will be:
• Eating Right All By Myself
• Working Out All By Myself
• Living In Isolation
I will not, repeat, I will not go into any of the medical stuff that is going on with the Covid-19 as I am not a doctor and I have a much of a clue of as you do. But I will help you guys stay this boredom and stay fit and healthy.
