This month is going to be one of my favourite part and quite frankly this is one of the
most sot after parts in the entire fitness industry most people think it is the chest area or the gut but in truth a good sexy mid back gets all the rest of the body looking even better.
This month we are going to look at:
• Anatomy 101: Hip Extension, just like last month where hip flexors played a role in lower back, hip extensors play a role in your mid-section as well
• Injury report: It Pops! It Snaps! It’s a Labrum Tear, here we take a look at a very misdiagnosed injury for some people and what to do when and if it arises
• Squat Report: Mid Back, this is going to be a very intricate part of the puzzle where the upper body connects to the lower body.
