Week 1 – The Basics
We look at the core of this program. I go through how your meals should look like, how your rest should look like, and what you should be doing for exercise to prep for the next week

Week 2 – The Build Up
Here we further fine tune your meals, we really take a deep dive into what forms of exercise you should be doing and I explain what we will be using moving forward.

Week 3 – R & R
This week we really deep dive into how you should be resting and recovering and why it is so important. I help you layout a schedule on how you should be using supplements to kickstart your results

Week 4 – The First Push
This week we take all the three weeks and we put it all together. This will be a challenging week but the results are going to be amazing. I also introduce a special challenge for you that will accelerate your results

Week 5 – The Expanse
This week we change something, if we don’t you will start to move backwards and we don’t want that. Move forward, always forward. And I ask you to add another day of intermittent fast.

Week 6 – The Final Push
Our last week together! Part is such sweet sorrow! This week I introduce you to my one of my VF Kettlebell Class and the supportive community behind it to take your results to the next level.
